Korbel Champagne Cellars is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to support manufacturing operations, utilities, and facility infrastructure throughout our production campus. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient operations by troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and improving industrial electrical systems and production equipment.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has experience supporting automated production equipment, electrical distribution systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
What You'll Do
Production & Manufacturing Support
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, controls, and automation issues on production and packaging equipment.
• Support bottling lines, labeling systems, conveyors, palletizers, pumps, compressors, and process equipment.
• Maintain motors, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, safety circuits, control panels, and instrumentation.
• Utilize PLC, HMI, SCADA, and production data systems to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Analyze alarms, downtime events, and process trends to support root cause analysis and equipment reliability improvements.
• Assist with equipment startups, commissioning activities, and process improvement projects.
Facilities & Utilities Support
• Maintain facility electrical distribution systems including switchgear, transformers, panelboards, MCCs, lighting, and electrical infrastructure.
• Support utility systems including air compressors, refrigeration equipment, HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, wastewater systems, and nitrogen generation equipment.
• Install conduit, wiring, disconnects, panels, motors, and electrical equipment as required.
• Support facility improvements, equipment installations, and capital projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Reliability & Continuous Improvement
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Utilize SCADA, Ignition, and operational data to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Support CMMS work order management and maintenance documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and uptime.
• Follow all safety, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), food safety, and company policies.
Qualifications
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving motors, controls, VFDs, sensors, relays, and industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings.
• Experience working with 120V, 208V, and 480V three-phase electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and respond to emergency call-ins when necessary.
Preferred
• 5-10 years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• California General Electrician Certification or Journeyman Electrician status.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and Studio 5000.
• Experience with Ignition SCADA or similar manufacturing information systems.
• Familiarity with EtherNet/IP, and industrial communication networks.
• Food & beverage, winery, packaging, or process manufacturing experience.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as MaintainX.

The pay scale for this position is $55 - $75 per hour, depending on experience. This is an on-site position located at our Guerneville, CA office.
