VITICULTURIST

We are a vineyard management company serving premier Napa Valley wine producers, seeks an experienced Viticulturist to support vineyard operations across our client accounts.

Responsibilities
The Viticulturist will provide technical oversight of vineyard activities including canopy management, irrigation scheduling, soil health monitoring, pest and disease control, and harvest planning. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Viticulture and works in close coordination with vineyard managers and field supervisors to ensure crew operations align with each property's viticultural standards and quality objectives.

Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of viticulture experience in a premium wine production environment, with working knowledge of Napa Valley appellations and varietals preferred. A degree in Viticulture, Plant Science, or a related field is strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Candidates must be familiar with California pesticide regulations and hold or be eligible to obtain a Qualified Applicator Certificate.
