We’re growing our presence across the US market and looking for a passionate, well-connected candidate to help bring Alileo to more tables, shelves, and glasses. We are looking to add a regional sales ambassador for the Northeast Market; Greater NYC metro, New England, and surrounding markets.
The Role
As a Regional Sales Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Alileo in your market. This is an ideal fit for someone with a background in beverage sales and an existing network of trade relationships who wants to champion a brand with real personality and genuine upside. You’ll build relationships with on-premise and off-premise accounts, drive placements, and grow the Alileo footprint in your territory.
This is a flexible, part-time role requiring extensive travel throughout your regional territory — building relationships and moving the brand forward face to face. We care about results, not hours logged.
What You’ll Do
• Maintain a consistent in-market presence, engaging directly with accounts and distributors
• Build and manage relationships with buyers, managers, and key decision-makers
• Cultivate strong working relationships with distributor sales teams to drive Alileo brand education, shelf presence, and velocity
• Identify sales opportunities and market challenges; develop and execute creative solutions to grow the brand
• Execute account-level programming including POS placement, seasonal promotions, and wine-by-the-glass initiatives
• Conduct periodic ride-alongs with distributor sales reps
• Perform in-store tastings and represent Alileo at wine events, markets, and activations
• Attend distributor sales meetings and trade events as needed
• Communicate market conditions, account updates, and opportunities to the Alileo team regularly
Who You Are
• You have experience in beverage sales and understand how the three-tier system works
• You have an existing network of on- and off-premise buyers in your region
• You’re self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently
• You love wine (or are at least wine-curious) and can communicate that enthusiasm naturally
• You’re organized and follow through on commitments
Compensation
• Base retainer plus commission on sales. Additional bonuses based on goals and performance are available.
