The Antinori Napa Valley estate was born from the dream of Marchese Piero Antinori to create a sublime expression of Napa Valley mountain winemaking after his first visit to the region in the 1960s. His dream began to take shape with the acquisition of a 1,200-acre property composed of rugged, high-elevation terrain in Atlas Peak AVA.

The Estate Relations Manager is responsible for being the primary brand ambassador for Antinori Napa Valley. This role is responsible for the daily operations of the tasting room while maintaining the integrity of the brand’s history and image. This role embodies gracious hospitality and is dedicated to delivering exemplary service.
Responsibilities:
•  Manages day-to-day hospitality and tasting room operations in accordance with established operating protocols and brand standards.
•  Tracks daily and monthly retail sales; measures performance against goals and promotional initiatives.
•  Oversees operational platforms (POS/CRM, Dialpad), including team training, reporting, and troubleshooting.
•  Manages the daily organization and flow of the reservation system, ensuring a seamless cadence of all scheduled experiences.
•  Communicates guest itineraries, estate activity, and visitation schedules clearly and proactively with key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with property policies.
•  Acts as the primary brand ambassador, consistently delivering elevated, personalized guest experiences that exceed expectations.
•  Hosts guests, members, VIPs, trade, and key stakeholders with polished, gracious hospitality while articulating the estate’s history, philosophy, and offerings.
•  Assumes full responsibility for daily opening and closing procedures of the tasting room.
•  Partners with the Director of Hospitality to strengthen local outreach efforts with luxury hotels, DMCs, transportation providers, and industry partners.
•  Proactively resolves guest service challenges with discretion and professionalism, transforming issues into positive, memorable outcomes.
•  Ensures timely procurement and inventory of all tasting room supplies, including collateral, wine, culinary items, and administrative materials.
•  Coordinates closely with Sales and Marketing to accommodate, execute, and report on Trade, Media, and VIP visits.
•  Ensures the estate and tasting room facilities are maintained in pristine condition, in partnership with facilities and operations teams.
•  Collaborates with the Antinori California DTC team to resolve order inquiries, guest concerns, and service recovery needs.
•  Partners with leadership to develop and refine SOPs, driving operational efficiency and consistency across the estate.
•  Manages vendor relationships critical to the success of the estate, ensuring service quality, alignment with brand standards, and cost efficiency.
•  Ensures compliance with safety standards, emergency preparedness, and property protocols.
•  Drives continuous improvement initiatives focused on elevating guest experience, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Estate & Family Relations
•  Serves as the primary point of contact for Italian ownership and leadership representatives during on-property visits, ensuring a seamless and highly personalized experience.
•  Anticipates, manages, and executes family expectations with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail, balancing operational priorities with ownership preferences.
•  Coordinates all aspects of Italian ownership visits, including advance planning, itinerary development, staffing support, and cross-departmental communication.
•  Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment in all interactions involving ownership and high-profile guests.

Qualifications + Requirements
•  Demonstrates expertise in delivering exceptional, luxury-level hospitality and guest service.
•  Minimum of five years of hospitality experience, preferably within the wine industry or luxury
•  service environment; advanced wine knowledge or certification (e.g., WSET) strongly preferred.
•  Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and public speaking skills.
•  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with minimal supervision.
•  Ability to multitask while maintaining composure, professionalism, and attention to detail.
•  Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical aspects of hospitality service.
•  Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
•  Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for a prolonged period.

Compensation and Benefits:
•  This is a full-time, salaried position. Competitive compensation depending on experience plus benefits including medical/dental insurance, paid vacation, and sick leave.
