Brand Ambassador & Customer Relations Manager (Remote, Part-Time)

Established premium wine brands based in Sonoma County are seeking a Brand Ambassador & Customer Relations Manager to help strengthen customer relationships, expand brand awareness, and support direct-to-consumer sales.

This is a flexible, part-time remote position for an individual who is passionate about wine, hospitality, customer engagement, and storytelling. The successful candidate will serve as a public-facing representative of the brands and work closely with ownership to communicate the history, values, and unique character of the wines and vineyard.

Responsibilities

•  Serve as a visible and trusted representative of the brands
•  Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms
•  Create engaging content, including posts, newsletters, and customer communications
•  Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
•  Maintain and organize customer and prospect databases
•  Re-engage former customers and wine club members
•  Respond to customer inquiries and build long-term relationships
•  Assist with customer acquisition initiatives
•  Coordinate virtual and in-person events, tastings, and special releases
•  Identify opportunities to increase direct-to-consumer sales
•  Work closely with ownership to communicate the vineyard's story and heritage

Qualifications

•  Experience in wine, hospitality, luxury brands, customer relations, or direct-to-consumer marketing
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Comfortable representing premium brands publicly and on camera
•  Strong organizational and follow-up skills
•  Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms is preferred
•  Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently
•  Passion for wine and customer service

Position Details

•  Remote position
•  Approximately 10–20 hours per week
•  Flexible schedule
•  Candidate may be located anywhere in the United States
•  Occasional travel may be requested for winery visits, tastings, and special events

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience. Performance incentives may be available based on customer engagement and sales growth.
