Private Client & Collector Relations Consultant

Champagne Pierre Paillard is seeking an experienced independent consultant to help develop and manage relationships with our private clients, visitors, and collectors.
The role is primarily remote and can be based in France or the United States.

This is not a mass marketing position. The objective is to build long-term relationships with the people who visit the domaine, purchase our wines, and become increasingly engaged with Champagne Pierre Paillard over time.

Our CRM database is predominantly American, making excellent written English and a strong understanding of high-end American wine consumers essential.

We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following areas:
•  Winery direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales
•  Wine club management
•  Allocation programs
•  Private client development
•  Collector relations
•  Luxury clienteling
•  High-end hospitality

Experience managing wine club, allocation, private client, or collector programs with measurable commercial results is highly desirable.

The role includes:

•  Following up with visitors after their experience at the domaine
•  Identifying, segmenting, and nurturing our most engaged clients and collectors
•  Helping develop allocation offers, collector releases, and private client initiatives
•  Coordinating communications around new vintages, rare wines, wooden cases, hospitality experiences, and domaine news
•  Maintaining and enriching the CRM as a tool to support personalized client relationships
•  Supporting private dinners, tastings, and client events in the United States and internationally
•  Providing recommendations to improve client engagement, repeat purchases, and long-term direct sales

The consultant will also be encouraged to propose ideas and initiatives that strengthen relationships with clients and collectors over time.

The vision of the domaine, the wines, and the terroirs will continue to be led by Antoine and Quentin Paillard. The mission is not to define the voice of the domaine, but to help bring that relationship to life with our clients in a thoughtful and personalized manner.
