Holloran Vineyard Wines (HVW) is hiring a Wine Club Coordinator to support DTC operations for a well-established winery in the heart of the Dundee Hills in the Willamette Valley.

Working with the DTC Director, the Wine Club Coordinator will oversee day to day operations of the wine club, and assist in the tasting room on an as needed basis,
The ideal candidate must have solid desktop computer skills, as well as a passion for wine. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Job Description
- Oversee Club Member requests and correspondence through thoughtful, engaged communication
- Process Wine Club Allocations and ensure smooth delivery of wines to Members including:
•  Configuration of wine club software to setup new releases for wine club, web store & POS access
•  Assembly of club shipments
•  Coordination of shipping with outside shippers.
- Drive customer engagement through timely follow up procedures.
- Partner with the DTC Director to communicate on-site events, tastings, and promotions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of both on and off site club events.
•  Assist in the tasting room on an ‘as needed’ basis – this varies with the seasonal customer volume fluctuations

Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc) and Google Workspace tools. Comfortable working with and configuring complex systems.
- Knowledge of wine industry software such as OrderPort or similar is a plus.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50lbs and remain standing for extended periods of time
- 2+ years of hospitality sales experience in a tasting room, hotel, restaurant, or retail setting is preferred
- Knowledge of the Oregon wine industry, including geography, history, and production techniques, is highly desirable.
- OLCC Service Permit required will be needed
