Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•  Manage the preparation and submission of brand registrations, renewals, and brand change filings with state alcohol regulatory agencies.
•  Prepare filings for publication in the official monthly beverage journals to comply with state regulations. Maintain master files of brand registrations.
•  Analyze labels received from foreign suppliers for compliance with TTB labeling regulations and submit via COLAs Online. Provide guidance to foreign suppliers and internal brand managers regarding TTB labeling regulations.
•  Communicate the compliance status of brand registrations to internal teams and suppliers and submit pricing adjustments when appropriate.
•  Liaise with foreign suppliers and outside legal counsel to obtain TTB formula approval when required.
•  Establish and maintain effective, positive working relationships with relevant departments of state alcohol regulatory offices, suppliers, and internal teams.
•  Assist in coordinating brand transfers and inventory buyback.
•  Assist management with projects as they arise.
•  Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
•  Arrives at work, appointments, meetings, and all work-related functions on time and as scheduled.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

•  Assist SVP, General Counsel as requested.
•  Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicates hazards and/or suggests improvements to Manager.
•  Other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal office environment. Occasional overtime may be required.

EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY USED:
Office equipment including computers, printers, telephone, fax machine, copier and scanner

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, finger dexterity and visual acuity

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

•  Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in a compliance-related field.
•  Minimum three years of experience in a regulated industry or one year experience with a regulatory compliance company.
•  Established proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), MS Dynamics, or similar software. ShipCompliant software suite and Photoshop experience preferred.
•  Effective written and oral communication skills.
•  Detail oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
•  Collaborative, communicative, and approachable.
•  Hybrid Work Schedule: Required in-office Tuesday-Thursday, with additional in-office attendance required as needed for special meetings or business needs on non-designated in-office days.
