Objective
You will be working as a representative for the Greg Sanders Portfolio, which currently includes, White Rose Estate and Degustas’ Milieu. The Outside Sales Associate is responsible for developing and deepening relationships across key external sales channels, both on & off-Premise accounts. This role focuses on the local market (Oregon, Washington & California) while strategically expanding the portfolio’s footprint into targeted domestic markets as defined by Ownership and Management.
Success is measured by the quality of relationships built, strength of brand representation, and sustainable, strategic growth aligned with the winery’s premium positioning.

• You have the ability to work at heights, lift/carry 50 pounds;
• You have the ability to stand for long periods of time;
• You have a valid driver’s license and meet company driving policies;
• You are capable of following up with those accounts or distributors for late payments.
What You’ll Do:
1. Market Development, Distribution & Account Management.
A. Working in conjunction with Ownership and Management to define target markets, key accounts, timelines, and measurable sales goals
B. Execute market strategies across all SKUs, with clear differentiation between tiers (e.g., Degustas’ Milieu, Convivialist vs. Aesthete wines)
C. Identify, develop, and actively manage key on- and off-premise accounts
D. Provide clear, structured updates to Management following market visits, events, and distributor interactions
E. Maintain a consistent cadence of in-market visits to build relationships, secure placements, and grow existing business
F. Leverage market relationships to identify and develop opportunities for corporate events, private experiences, and strategic partnerships
G. Share insights on account activity, market trends, and opportunities to inform strategy and decision-making
2. Brand Representation & Communication
A. Serve as an ambassador of Degustas’ Milieu & White Rose Estate in the marketplace
B. Clearly articulate the brand story, winemaking philosophy, and portfolio to trade partners and customers
C. Represent the winery at off-site events including winemaker dinners, trade tastings, and regional industry events
D. Host trade partners and key accounts at the winery, delivering a thoughtful and elevated experience
E. Actively drive qualified traffic to the tasting room through market relationships
