About Us
West Coast Glass & Packaging Group is a growing supplier of premium wine packaging solutions. We specialize in glass bottles, closures, corrugated packaging, and other winery packaging products. We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen our digital presence and support business development efforts.

Position Summary
The Contract Marketing Coordinator will support our marketing initiatives through social media management, content creation, email marketing, print material updates, and general brand awareness activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work with the ability to make a direct impact on a growing company.

Key Responsibilities
•  Create and schedule social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook via Hootsuite or other social management programs
•  Develop graphics, marketing materials, and basic promotional content using Canva or similar tools.
•  Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
•  Update website content, blogs, and product information as needed.
•  Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when appropriate.
•  Help organize and maintain a marketing content calendar.
•  Support special projects, trade show promotions, and customer outreach campaigns.

Qualifications
•  Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
•  Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design software.
•  Strong written communication skills.
•  Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing platforms.
•  Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal supervision.
•  Experience with Hootsuite, WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Microsoft 365 is a plus.
•  Interest or experience in the wine industry is preferred but not required.
