Full Time Hospitality Sales Host

We're looking for a Full time and Part Time Hospitality Hosts to join our team during our busiest times supporting weekend tastings, private events, and peak-season experiences with warmth, intuition, and the spirit of unreasonable hospitality.
As a Hospitality Host, you help create the moments guests remember most. Whether guiding a tasting, supporting a wine dinner, or welcoming a full patio on a summer afternoon, you represent a legacy brand and help bring the Ponzi story to life.
Your purpose: make every guest feel seen, valued, and delighted. In doing so, you deepen their connection to Ponzi and help grow wine sales, club membership, and lifelong brand loyalty.

Support tastings, events, and peak weekend service with polished hospitality.
Share the story of Ponzi, its pioneering legacy, and the beauty of the Laurelwood District.
Guide guests through wine tastings with confidence and authenticity.
Encourage wine purchases and club membership through thoughtful, relationship-first hospitality.
Anticipate guest needs and look for the extra inch that turns a visit into a memory.
Support private events, wine dinners, and seasonal experiences as needed.
Assist with restocking wine and merchandise in the tasting room.
Maintain a calm, polished presence that reflects Ponzi s grounded-luxury aesthetic.

Role Requirements
Primarily availability during peak months (spring fall), weekends, and occasional offseason events.
Availability on weekends and occasional evenings.
3+ year of hospitality, restaurant, tasting room, or events experience preferred.
Comfortable with technology (TOCK, Commerce7, MS Office preferred).
Food Handler s Certificate and OLCC Server Permit (can obtain on the job).
WSET or wine knowledge a plus but not required.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be 21+.
Compensation & Benefits
High-season average earnings: $29- 35/hr (includes $17/hr base + gratuities, commissions, incentives).
