Sales Representative
Mission:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and securing orders for the company’s products through a relationship-based approach, effective territory management, and frequent in-person visits to customer locations. This position involves extensive travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to promote and sell company products.
• Provide tailored product recommendations to customers based on their needs.
• Prepare and submit orders in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
• Establish new customer accounts and expand the client base.
• Schedule and execute daily customer visits, prioritizing in-person interactions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, complemented by phone and email communications.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive experience.
• Keep customers informed of product updates, changes, and new releases.
• Prepare and submit regular activity reports to management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights and recommendations.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, develop solutions, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in trade shows and industry conventions to represent the company and generate leads.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales performance.
• Track and manage expenses, submitting reimbursement requests per company guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales.
• 2+ years wine industry experience
• Proven ability to work independently while achieving sales goals.
• Ability to travel extensively and provide reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear.
• Must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Extensive travel required.
Benefits:
• Compensation Range (Including Base Salary + commissions): $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Schedule:
• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Work location: Assigned Territory.
