If you love owning challenging problems, working across a wide range of mechanical and technical systems, and being the person your team counts on to get it done, then this may be the job for you!

Our Facilities team is the backbone of everything that happens at Domaine Carneros. •  Proficiency troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment (motors, switches, lighting) and electrical controls (MCCs, thermostats, probes, tank controls, gas monitors).
•  Ability to read and interpret one-line electrical diagrams, P&IDs, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
•  Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, hot water boilers, air compressors, and refrigeration equipment.

•  Intermediate computer skills; proficient in PC and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CMMS platforms.
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
•  Willingness to cross-train and actively share knowledge across the team.
•  Valid California driver’s license with ability to be insured under the Company’s driver’s program.
•  Ability to obtain forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.
