Paloma Vineyard is a small, family-owned winery on Spring Mountain dedicated to producing exceptional wines and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are looking for a motivated, adaptable individual to join our team for the summer working 2-4 days per week.
This is not a traditional tasting room position. While much of your time will be spent hosting guests alongside Laura and Sheldon, helping create warm and engaging tasting experiences, this role also provides exposure to many aspects of winery operations. As a small team, everyone pitches in where needed. One day may involve pouring wine and sharing the story of Paloma with guests, while another may include preparing wine shipments, assisting with vineyard projects, helping in the cellar, or supporting special events.

What We're Looking For
Above all, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a small team. Technical wine knowledge can be taught. Curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are what make someone successful at Paloma.
If you are excited about wine, hospitality, and gaining hands-on experience across all facets of a small winery, we'd love to hear from you.
