If you love great wine, good vibes, and connecting with people, this role is your perfect blend. As a Tasting Room Host, you’ll be the face of Rodney Strong Wine Estates welcoming guests, sharing our story, and creating memorable experiences from the first pour to the last.

What You’ll Be Doing
Welcome guests with genuine warmth and guide them through tastings in our Tasting Room or out on the Terrace. You’ll chat about viticulture, winemaking, appellations, and varietals in a way that’s fun, friendly, and true to the RSWE brand.
Bring the hospitality energy — greet, pour, educate, and make every guest feel like a VIP.
Lead tours for groups of all sizes, from casual sippers to serious wine lovers.
Boost on-site sales by helping guests discover wines and gift items they’ll love.
Share the perks of our Wine Club and help guests sign up on the spot.
Jump in on special projects with the tasting room team, events crew, and managers.
Help guests with purchases and keep the retail area looking sharp.
Represent RSWE at off-site tastings and winery events when needed.
Keep the space sparkling — washing and stocking glasses, tidying guest areas, restocking wine and merch, and keeping everything clean and safe throughout the day.
Support special events and step into other duties as needed — we’re a team, and we make it happen together.

What You Bring
A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
Wine knowledge or restaurant experience is a big plus.
Comfort with computers — Microsoft Office and C7 experience is even better.
The ability to multitask and stay upbeat in a fast-paced environment.
A flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours.
The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
You must be 21+.
Weekend availability is required.

You’ll work indoors and outdoors, in warm and cool conditions, and be on your feet a lot. The role includes physical activity like standing, walking, bending, lifting, and stocking.
