Job Description:
Premium Napa Valley Winery looking for someone who is interested in gaining small winery experience. Join our fun and dynamic hospitality and operations team that is focused on providing world-class customer service experiences to our valued club members and guests. This is a great opportunity and will allow the person to have their hands in a little bit of everything surrounding customer service and wine education. This position would be working with wine club, customer service, operations and event activities on property.

The individual in this position will be by nature friendly, enjoy fostering genuine relationships, and a positive person who can collaborate well within a team environment. This person will also have a passion for providing excellent customer service and enjoy communicating in a positive, friendly, and professional manner.

Responsibilities Include:
•  Hosting wine tastings with a focus on Club and Trade visits
•  Greeting guests as they arrive at the estate
•  Strengthens preexisting member and collector relationships, while establishing new relationships via phone and email. Member retention is a top priority of this role.
•  Possesses knowledge of Point of Sale systems, including the ability to perform opening and closing procedures
•  Participate in phone campaigns
•  Assist with onsite hospitality events in a manner that is well-organized and consistent with winery expectations
•  Supports team with all daily tasks as assigned, which can include but not limited to, restocking of all wine locations, hosting VIP clients, and pouring at offsite trade hospitality events as needed.

Qualifications Include:
•  Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
•  Computer proficiency: MS Office, Database, and POS software experience
•  Ability to identify, anticipate and help with the needs of our guests and the customer service team
•  Ability to effectively build relationships with concierge partners, guests and co-workers
•  Ability to work within a small team and take direction from peers
•  Passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity and positive outlook
•  High degree of integrity and strong work ethic
•  Assist with all winery events
•  Ability to work weekends and most holidays is required
•  Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
•  Must be able to work at a desk workstation
•  Does not tire of repetitive tasks
•  Ability to lift a standard case of wine multiple times (50 lbs)
•  Must be 21 years of age.
