A new company, built on an international winemaking legacy, seeks a dynamic, driven operator to build its commercial foundation from the ground up.
The Role
Full accountability for sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations across both brands — DTC, FOB, hospitality, and events. You'll report directly to the founders and serve as the commercial voice of the brands in the market.
Duties
All revenue channels: wine club, future tasting room, events, FOB, and distributor network
Sales and marketing strategy from plan to execution across multiple brands
Distributor relationships and national account development
P&L accountability for all sales and marketing activity
Administrative operations supporting a lean, early-stage business
Who you are?
10+ years in wine, beer, or spirits DTC and FOB.
Proven hospitality and event operator with a track record of building programs
Strong P&L and business acumen; comfortable in a startup environment
A natural relationship-builder with polish and presence in front of trade and consumers alike
Genuinely passionate about fine wine and the Willamette Valley
Willing to travel domestically; entrepreneurial, self-directed, and execution-focused
Compensation $90,000–$110,000 based on experience | Health insurance | PTO
