Summary
The Property Caretaker will play a vital role in supporting the Facilities team to ensure the cleanliness and organization of our hospitality spaces and offices. The areas under their responsibility include and are not limited to the Barrel Hall, Table in the Trees, office spaces, and other key hospitality areas across the property. They will contribute to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, creating a safe and inviting environment for both employees and visitors. This role requires a passion for organization and attention to detail, and will be a key contributor to the guest experience on property. Primary Responsibilities
´ Perform daily cleaning of all hospitality spaces and offices, ensuring both interiors and exteriors are clean and organized.
´ Handle general cleaning duties, including trash removal, dusting, and cleaning of surfaces as needed.
´ Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and replenish as needed, guaranteeing all areas are properly stocked for day-to-day operations.
´ Follow safety guidelines and use proper equipment and cleaning materials to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
´ Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
´ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
´ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
´ Basic knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques.
´ Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organized property.

Physical Requirements
´ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and moving for extended periods of time.
´ Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Working Conditions
Working conditions include office environment, processing facility, vineyard, garden, shop, headlands and woodlands.
