Maintenance Industrial Painter

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Industrial Painter to support facility upkeep, equipment maintenance, and painting operations in a food production environment. This role combines hands-on painting expertise with general maintenance support to minimize downtime and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, paint, and finish metal, wood, and industrial equipment using sprays, rollers, and brushes
Perform surface prep, repairs, and touch-ups to meet quality standards
Support preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment and facility systems
Maintain and repair paint equipment, tools, and supplies
Assist with general maintenance tasks (machinery, forklifts, building systems)
Follow safety, sanitation, and compliance standards

What You Bring

Experience in industrial or facility painting (3+ years preferred)
Knowledge of surface prep, coatings, and application techniques
Ability to troubleshoot and repair paint/finish defects
Familiarity with general maintenance, tools, and equipment (welding a plus)
Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions
Valid driver’s license; forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, and respond to emergencies
CPR/First Aid certified (or obtain within 90 days)
