Cellar Worker
Who We Are
At Frog’s Leap, our mission is to make wines of terroir, responsibly farmed, sustainably produced, and joyfully shared. Family-owned and operated since 1981, we are guided by a belief that great wine begins in the vineyard and is sustained by people who care deeply about their work, one another, and the land.
We are committed to regenerative organic farming principles, thoughtful stewardship, and creating a workplace where good business, good farming, and shared values go hand in hand. We value team members who bring care, curiosity, and a sense of responsibility to the work, along with diverse perspectives and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Who You Are
