As an Estate Ambassador, you are entrusted with more than transactions; you are the curator of moments. Your role extends beyond traditional sales with a focus on cultivating meaningful relationships. Success of the Estate Ambassador isn't merely measured in transactions, it's gauged by the efficiency and frequency with which guests transition from observers of the brand to devoted members of our wine club. You're not just selling wine – you're narrating the next chapter of the Salvestrin legacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience: Own every aspect of the guest journey, from initial booking to post-visit
follow-up, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and expand client relationships, fostering a community of
Salvestrin enthusiasts and converting guests into members of our wine club.
Sales Conversion: Utilize your expertise in luxury sales and hospitality to convert visits into sales,
inquiries into reservations, and guests into loyal members.
System Proficiency: Master our POS, CRM, and reservation systems, ensuring accurate and
efficient transactions while maintaining integrity and transparency.
Event Support: Assist with on-site events, contributing to their success through proactive support
and exceptional service.
Housekeeping: Perform daily and monthly cleaning duties to uphold the pristine appearance of
our estate, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times, embodying the
values of our brand and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Luxury Hospitality Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a luxury hospitality or sales setting,
demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for Wine and Hospitality: Enthusiasm for Napa Valley wines, memorable hospitality,
and luxury sales, with a willingness to immerse yourself in our brand and culture.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite and POS/CRM systems; WSET or CMS
certification preferred but not necessary.
Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events, with a
team-oriented mindset and a drive for career advancement.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activities such as
walking, standing, kneeling, etc., for extended periods.
