Off Premise Territory Manager Sales Consultant – Beverage Distribution Company
Location: Northern Nevada, Reno/Sparks/Tahoe

We are a rapidly growing beverage distribution company in Nevada. We are seeking a highly organized, driven sales team member with a proven track record in the direct store delivery (DSD) industry to support a dedicated territory of high-demand customers in the grocery, convenience, drug, club store, and independent off premise channel. This is a key sales role, requiring the highest standards of customer service, and including in-depth knowledge of the Cellar Craft portfolio and its competitive set.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Local market relationships within the off-premises beverage industry are a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing strong and trusting relationships with key clients within a dedicated territory
• Resolving key client issues
• Anticipating and developing a complete understanding of customer needs
• Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
• Strategic planning within the dedicated territory
• In depth brand Cellar Craft portfolio brand knowledge
• Educated understanding of the competitive set of our portfolio against all major brand categories
• Proficiently utilizes sales data to inform customers of their performance and opportunities
• Meets all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
Territory Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
• Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including basic knowledge of Excel/ PowerPoint skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
• Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle
• The position requires the use of a personal vehicle
