LucidWild Estate was built to challenge expectations of what a winery experience can be. Perched high above the Dundee Hills, our SkyTerraces + WineCaves blend world-class wine, design-forward spaces, and unforgettable hospitality into something entirely its own.

From guided tastings in the SkyLounge and LivingRoom to hidden experiences within the WineCaves and afternoons in the RecRoom, every space is intentionally designed to feel relaxed, elevated, and deeply connected to the energy of LucidWild.

We’re looking for someone who embodies the LucidWild spirit: confident, attentive, organized, and effortlessly warm. You’ll help create a seamless guest experience from the moment guests arrive to the moment they head home.

What You’ll Do
•  Check out guests following their tasting experiences with professionalism and efficiency
•  Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations, questions, and general inquiries
•  Use Tock reservation software to manage bookings, guest information, and seating updates
•  Pack wine purchases carefully and professionally for guests to take home or ship
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and polished retail and hospitality environment
•  Support the hospitality team to ensure guests receive an elevated and seamless experience
•  Assist guests with wine purchases, merchandise, and club-related questions

What We’re Looking For
•  A natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
•  Someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
•  A calm, positive presence who makes guests feel instantly at ease
•  Comfort using technology and reservation systems
•  Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

OLCC certified
Oregon Food Handler Certified
Able to lift 40lbs, repeatedly, every day
