We are seeking motivated individuals to participate in a unique opportunity to work directly with the cellar team at Moon Mountain Vineyard, the home of Repris. The right candidate will gain hands-on experience helping to produce wines of distinction across multiple brands.

Repris produces critically-acclaimed Bordeaux and Rhône-inspired wines sourced from the CCOF-certified 70+ acres of Moon Mountain Vineyard. Fourteen varieties planted on steep terrain in volcanic rock at 950 – 1700 ft above sea level are mere steps away from 18,000 square feet of caves used for barrel storage. Additionally, Repris sources fruit from a small set of non-estate vineyards in the Moon Mountain District and Sonoma Valley which produce a selection of single-vineyard and appellation still and sparkling wines.

Texture is a sibling label to Repris focused on producing luxury-tier Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from a handful of the most exciting vineyards in the Anderson Valley and Sonoma Coast AVA’s.

Basic responsibilities include:

- Fruit processing
- Equipment and tank sanitation / maintenance
- Cap management practices (punch-downs & pump-overs)
- Barrel downs
- Bottling

A qualified candidate may meet the following criteria:
- Must have reliable transportation and secured housing
- Previous harvest or cellar experiences are helpful but a positive attitude, sense of humor and strong work ethic are essential. We work well with people from all career backgrounds.
- Adaptability to changing environments and conditions.
- Willing to work variable hours over a period of 6 days with 1 day off.
- Able to perform demanding physical tasks over extended hours and ability to climb stairs and ladders repeatedly.
- Able to follow written and oral instruction.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Internship start dates are flexible but typically runs from end of July through the end of November, depending on season. $22-24/hr DOE + $500 bonus split at beginning and end of season.

Typical work week is Mon-Sat. 8-12hrs per shift. Day shifts only. Varies with the season.
