We're looking for dedicated, passionate, and skilled harvest intern(s) for the 2026 Harvest. Our inaugural vintage was 2014 and we have been dedicated to making small lot, high end Cabernet Sauvignon from renowned vineyards in Napa Valley, such as Dr. Crane, Las Piedras, To Kalon, and Steltzner. Our production team is very small leading to the performance of a variety of tasks for our harvest intern. We have grown in total production year after year and expect around 130 tons between primarily Cab Sauv, but also Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc from vineyards in Napa as well as Sonoma counties.
A typical harvest interns tasks begin well before actual harvest with vineyard sampling, operating lab equipment to check for pH/TA/brix, and equipment prep, and lots barrel painting/maintenance. Then expands to setting up/operating the crush line, cleaning/prepping tanks, inoculations, nutrients additions, LOTS of pumpovers/punchdowns, digging out tanks, helping with pressing, barreling down, and of course lots of cleaning in between.
Cheers!
