Job Description

As a REVM Class B Driver with Passenger Endorsement, you will be responsible for transporting H2A employees between housing and job sites, coordinating daily field operations, and supporting workers’ well-being. Strong leadership, communication, and organized skills with a commitment to safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

•  Safely transport H-2A workers between housing locations and vineyard job sites using Class B passenger vehicles

•  Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies

•  Supervise vineyard crews in daily field operations including planting, pruning, harvesting, and maintenance

•  Provide clear instructions and training to workers to ensure productivity and quality standards

•  Monitor worker safety and enforce proper use of equipment and procedures

•  Coordinate weekly grocery trips and assist workers with transportation for essential needs

•  Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine inspections, and report maintenance issues

•  Track attendance, work hours, and daily productivity of crew members

•  Act as liaison between workers and management to resolve issues and improve workflow

Qualifications:

•  Valid Class B commercial Driver’s License

•  Passenger (P) Endorsement

•  Clean Driving Record

•  First Aid/CPR Certification

•  Vineyard Operations Knowledge

•  Bilingual (English/Spanish)
