Woodshed Wine Company is a small family-owned winery located in the heart of Oregon’s Dundee Hills AVA. We craft micro-lot Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and sparkling wines using grapes from our historic vineyard and our next-door neighbors. We cut no corners in our farming or winemaking philosophy, and Woodshed wines are available only in our tasting room and through our allocation list.

Our hospitality program follows this same quality-first approach. Our goal is to provide exceptional experiences to our guests through seated wine tastings, vineyard tours, winemaker's dinners, and our summer electronic music concert series.

Woodshed is seeking a part-time Tasting Room Associate to join our team beginning June 2026. This role involves working approximately 20 hours per week through the busy summer and fall harvest seasons. The Tasting Room Associate will provide exceptional customer service, both promoting our wines and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Ideal candidates will have:

•  1+ year of hospitality experience at a winery or restaurant, ideally with knowledge of Oregon wine & luxury wine spaces
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills
•   Attention to detail and organizational skills
•  Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
•  Valid OLCC permit and food-handler's card (or ability to obtain one before starting employment)
•  Wine certification or related education (such as WSET 2+) is beneficial, but not required

Job responsibilities include:

•  Leading wine tasting experiences from start to finish, engaging with customers and guiding them towards relevant wine recommendations
•  Help with opening & closing the tasting room, including glass polishing, cleaning, and inventory management
•  Curating and spinning vinyl selections that create a positive atmosphere for our guests
•  Helping at our events and winemaker's dinners (usually on Saturdays)
•  Booking reservations via Tock
•  Ringing up wine purchases via our point of sale system (Offset Commerce, Square)
•   Abiliy to work some weekends, including when we have Saturday events
•  Ability to stand up to eight hours a day
•  Ability to lift and move 40 lbs
