The Wine Foundry, a boutique Napa Valley custom crush winery, seeks a highly organized,
client-focused Program Manager to oversee operations for our exclusive Wine Foundry Guild
program, serving small ultra-premium direct-to-consumer wine brands. 
This role manages the business and operational side of the Wine Foundry Guild program,
partnering closely with clients, fulfillment teams, compliance partners, and winery staff. Ideal
candidates thrive in fast-moving environments, communicate professionally, and enjoy bringing
structure and clarity to complex operations.

Key Responsibilities

•  Serve as the primary relationship manager for Guild Member brands from onboarding through
renewals
•  Manage e-commerce operations including storefronts, inventory sync, pricing, promotions, and
club processing
•  Coordinate TTB COLAs, state registrations, renewals, and compliance tracking
•  Monitor inventory, reconcile reports, and support fulfillment operations
•  Lead client calls, track action items, and ensure seamless follow-through
•  Support special projects including club releases, custom orders, and winery events
•  Assist with operations for The Wine Foundry’s in-house brands
Qualifications
•  2–5 years of experience in wine, hospitality, e-commerce, compliance, or operational account
management
•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•  Comfortable managing multiple brands, deadlines, and workflows simultaneously
•  Tech-savvy with experience in platforms such as Shopify, Commerce7, or WineDirect
•  Familiarity with DTC wine operations and alcohol compliance preferred
•  Strong Excel and general computer skills
•  Professional communication and customer service mindset
