Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile DTC & Marketing Specialist to support—and eventually lead—our allocated releases, shipping logistics, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to luxury-level quality. This role offers exposure to many areas of the business within a collaborative environment. This position reports directly to the Estate Director and ownership.
Direct Responsibilities - Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Execute the planning and logistics of our bi-annual releases, including but not limited to, database management, scheduling, data analysis, segmented campaigns, written content, collateral, and email design.
- Maintain and optimize Mailing List engagement through targeted campaigns and Waitlist management.
- Manage order data, including wish requests, shipping requests, compliance, etc.
- Oversee shipping logistics, including fulfillment schedule, international & third-party shipping, Will Call orders, and inventory preparation.
- Detailed recordkeeping during shipping season to resolve delivery issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and fulfillment partners.
- Analyze purchase behavior, campaign performance, and conversion metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Handle all customer interactions in alignment with the Aubert voice.
- Respond to all customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
Ancillary Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and provide administrative support.
- Oversee visitation calendar, customer vetting and hospitality support.
- Support with Inventory Management and special projects.
Qualifications and Skills - Ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum three to five years of experience in direct-to-consumer sales and marketing focus.
- Experience with databases, e-commerce systems, and fulfillment logistics.
- Fine wine knowledge and training.
- Production experience in photoshoots and design assets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills by phone, email, and in-person.
- Ability to handle a high-volume workload, prioritize, organize, and follow-up.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Photoshop experience a plus.
- Ability to lift a 50 lb case of wine
