Ballentine Vineyards is a fifth generation family run winery located in Saint Helena. Our small family run winery prides itself on our core values. We are a small team and are looking for a good cultural fit for our brand - small production wines, custom crush, and Estate Vineyards. We are looking for a dedicated
person who wants to collaborate and be a part of our winery team.

Duties include but are not limited to:
•  Assist with AP/AR and vendor maintenance (Winery, Custom Crush, and Vineyards)
•  Assist with wine compliance and tax reporting
•  Prepare and Provide compliance reports, coordinates with compliance company
•  Holds weekly ACH and check run
•  Oversee maintenance of accounts payable files and records, including the filing of yearly 1099 statements.
•  Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests; resolve invoice discrepancies.
•  Digitize all files received via mail, maintain a paperless environment
•  IT coordination
•  Assist human resources (On and Offboarding)
•  Wholesale order processing with warehouses, distributors, and accounts
•  Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures for office related tasks
•  Coordinates the ordering of office supplies, ensuring that the products ordered meet the purchasing policy set forward by management.
•  Maintain winery goods inventories and order supplies as needed
•  Additional responsibilities as directed by supervisor
•  Keep on top of Accounts receivable with monthly statements.

•  Intermediate to advanced excel skills
•  Understands AR/AP, P&L and basic accounting
