Launch your career in the wine industry by immersing yourself fully in the harvest season at JUSTIN. We are currently seeking motivated, detail-oriented Harvest Vineyard Interns and Harvest Winemaking Interns to join our team for the 2026 vintage. These positions offer meaningful, hands-on experience working closely with our Grower Relations, Winemaking, Cellar, and Lab teams.

Both internships are based at our Paso Robles production facility: 2265 Wisteria Lane, Paso Robles, CA 93446.

Harvest Vineyard Intern
Support the full arc of the growing season—from early phenology to the height of harvest and into cellar production, gaining invaluable real-world experience in both vineyard and cellar operations.

- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Typical hours are 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM; however, open to accommodating fall class schedules and offering a part-time schedule (3 days per week, mornings required) from August -November.

Harvest Winemaking Intern
Engage in a structured rotation across winemaking, cellar, and laboratory functions to gain comprehensive exposure to hands-on winemaking and winery operations. Work alongside seasoned cellar professionals who value teamwork, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

- Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours per week. Typical hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; however, extended shifts, overtime, and weekend work are required during peak harvest months.
