We are seeking a dynamic, hospitality-minded, and technologically fluent leader to serve as our Director of Member Experience, overseeing the strategic evolution of membership engagement, communication, acquisition, and retention across all three estates.
Position Philosophy: This role is not simply focused on managing a wine club.

The position of Director of Member Experience is a key role focused on cultivating and enhancing the guest experience beyond initial visit or wine purchase. This role will be a trusted advisor for clients during their membership journey with the Revana Vineyard portfolio of luxury brands.
This role will manage the client facing side of Alexana Estate’s Membership Programs along with Revana Estate (Napa) and Bodega Corazón del Sol (Argentina). The role will receive support from Fulfillment Director, Financial Controller, Director of Operations, Director of Hospitality and the Marketing department.
The Director of Member Experience will help shape the future of luxury direct-to-consumer engagement for Revana Vineyards — creating meaningful relationships, unforgettable experiences, and thoughtful communication that deepens connection to our estates, wines, and hospitality philosophy across Napa Valley, Oregon, and Argentina.

Position Summary
The Director of Member Experience is responsible for leading the strategy, communication, engagement, and growth of Revana Vineyards’ membership programs across all three estates.
This role serves as the central connector between hospitality, CRM marketing, member communication, and direct-to-consumer growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines luxury hospitality instincts with strong organizational, analytical, and technology capabilities.

• Member lifecycle communication
• CRM segmentation and campaign execution
• Retention and reactivation strategy
• New member acquisition
• Hospitality-to-membership conversion
• Cross-estate portfolio engagement
• Digital outreach and campaign execution
• Luxury client experience consistency
Primary Focus Areas
1. Member Lifecycle Communication
Lead strategic member communication initiatives including email campaigns, SMS/RedChirp campaigns, allocation messaging, welcome journeys, reactivation campaigns, event communication, and personalized outreach initiatives.
2. CRM & Campaign Management
Serve as the strategic lead for CRM systems, audience segmentation, automation, campaign execution, and member personalization.
3. Membership Growth & Acquisition
Develop strategies focused on hospitality conversion, referral programs, partnership marketing, local activations, and qualified member acquisition.
4. Member Experience & Retention
Ensure exceptional and highly personalized experiences across all member touchpoints.
5. Hospitality Integration
Partner closely with onsite hospitality teams to ensure seamless integration between visitation experiences and membership engagement.
6. Data Analysis, Reporting & KPI Management
Track membership growth, retention, engagement analytics, campaign performance, and revenue-driving initiatives
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, CRM marketing, DTC sales, wine club management, or related luxury consumer industries
• Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer wine business models
• Experience with CRM systems, segmentation, email marketing, and campaign execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Hospitality-minded with strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building capabilities
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and estates
• Passion for luxury wine, hospitality, and client experience
• Wine industry experience strongly preferred
• WSET or equivalent wine education is a plus
Schedule & Travel Expectations
This position requires flexibility to support the annual hospitality, release, and event calendar across the portfolio.
The role will involve occasional evenings and weekends, travel to Napa Valley, potential travel opportunities beyond Oregon and California, and participation in winery events and offsite activations.
