Ever wondered who’s behind the scenes of beautifully fermented soy sauce? Like working with tanks bigger than your first apartment and processes older than most trends? We may have your next role.
We’re looking for a Tank Farm, Moromi & Brine Technician—part fermentation wrangler, part sanitation superhero, part meticulous record keeper—to keep our tanks bubbling happily and our brine precisely salty.
•  ?? What You’ll Do
•  Tend to fermentation tanks like the living ecosystems they are
•  Load, aerate, agitate, sample, and unload product like a pro
•  Prepare and control brine (yes, it matters—a lot)
•  Collect samples for quality testing and keep spotless records
•  Clean and sanitize equipment between batches
•  Monitor processes and report anything out of the ordinary
•  Assist with wastewater treatment and general plant operations
•  Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety rules (always)
•  ? What You Bring
•  1+ year of experience in industrial food manufacturing fermentation experience
•  Comfort with machinery, piping, meters, and working environments that are noisy, dirty, hot, cold, wet, or all of the above
•  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stay on your feet most of the day
•  Solid communication skills and attention to detail
•  Willingness to work flexible schedules (yes, fermentations don’t clock out at 5)

•  Fast paced, repetitive, and hands on
•  Strong smells, extreme temps, loud equipment—this is real manufacturing, not a desk job
•  ? The Basics
•  High school diploma or equivalent
•  Math skills for basic calculations
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
