OVERVIEW:
Love Wine? You will join a small, Customer-facing team that works collaboratively across our Estate vineyard, winery and tasting salons. We are passionate about crafting exceptional wines that express the uniqueness of our spectacular Estate. We are family owned and celebrating our 34th Anniversary this year. ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Manager to join our hospitality team. We cross-train across many functions, so the ideal candidate is a versatile, well-organized self-starter who is willing to join-in on multiple areas of customer service, sales, hospitality and organizational functions. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and wine club members and assist in making sure that the Tasting Room runs smoothly. This is a full-time position based at our Windsor winery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  At least 3 years’ experience in Hospitality (Tasting Room, Restaurant or Hotel) or Office
Management.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Email apps.
•  Experience with Cellarpass and Commerce 7 POS strongly preferred (or willingness to learn)
•  Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
•  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multitask.
•  Experience with FedEx shipments (or willingness to learn)
•  Self-starter who is dependable and works well independently
•  Creative and able to bring new ideas to the table.
•  Must be willing to work evenings and weekends on a schedule.
•  Team player willing to help others and willing to cross-train across multiple areas
•  Versatile, flexible, and able to work within changing priorities with enthusiasm
•  Professional appearance and demeanor
•  Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated
•  Valid driver’s license.
•  Social Media and Digital Marketing experience will qualify for additional monthly income.
