ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic Le Club FICOFI ® Advisor (LCFA) to manage and grow a portfolio of Le Club FICOFI ® Members. This role consists in accompanying Members in their wine journey with us: from building long-term relationships with existing and new Members, to providing expert advice on fine wines, and curating bespoke wine cellars tailored to their tastes and preferences. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of wines, excellent sales, communication, organizational and relationship skills, and have a proven ability to meet Members’ high expectations.

The LCFA team delivers the ‘FICOFI dream’ to all members within any communication, interaction or meeting. They embody FICOFI’s mission statement and standards of excellence through their interpersonal skills, wine expertise and attention to details.

The role requires the highest level of discretion, integrity and ability to engage with sophisticated and demanding individuals. From intimate dinners to global flagship gatherings, the Advisor contributes to shaping meaningful and memorable moments.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Development and Management of Le Club FICOFI® Members Portfolio:
-Support the growth and cohesion of the Le Club FICOFI® community by responding to members’ interests and providing thoughtful guidance throughout their wine journey.
-Create and present tailored opportunities that reflect each member’s preferences and tastes.
-Encourage participation and engagement from prospective members, helping to build an active and inclusive group.
-Utilize sales reporting systems to thoughtfully plan, monitor, and report in relation to set goals.
-Enriching Members’ Experience and Expertise

Contribute to the development and refinement of member opportunities in alignment with the LCFA’s overall approach:
-Learn about and thoughtfully apply knowledge of member profiles, preferences, and cellars to create a meaningful experience.
-Engage in ongoing efforts to share and expand member knowledge, including cellars, preferences, and received feedback.
-Ensure that all offers and event selections reflect FICOFI’s standards of excellence and evoke the spirit of the “FICOFI dream”.

Offer Creation & Wine Advisory:
-Apply LCFA methodologies when supporting offer creation: selection coherence, storytelling and positioning, price consistency.
-Work closely with senior LCFAs to translate advisory intent into operationally ready offers.
-Build a strong understanding of fine wine markets, stock strategy and campaign priorities.
-Deliver wine training and education to Members when required.
-Suggest added products and services that may be of interest to members.
The objective is to build LCFA-level reflexes, even before holding a full advisory mandate.

Events & Members’ Experience:
-Contribute to Chapter Experience execution, a core pillar of the LCFA job desk.
-Support event wine curation, logistics, and post-event commercial follow-up.
-Ensure events are commercially relevant, stock-aligned, consistent with FICOFI’s positioning
-Cross-Chapter & Inter-Department Collaboration

The LCFA is expected to:
-Work transversally across Chapters and functions, particularly: US LCFAs, Estates Relationship teams, Distribution and stock management team, Events and marketing teams, Operations teams
-Facilitate inter-department alignment, a key dimension of the LCFA role.
-Actively contributes to improving ways of working, coordination, and execution speed.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
-Strong knowledge in Fine Wine
-At least 3+ years of experience in private client, advisory or relationship-driven environments
-Applicants with experience in private banking, concierge services, or advisory positions and a genuine interest in fine wine bring a valuable perspective to the team.
-Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Communicates clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, particularly when presenting wine offers and commercial opportunities.
-Confidently hosts and leads tastings, client presentations and events with elegance, credibility and professionalism.
-Shows strong drive for results, resilience and perseverance in achieving commercial objectives. Demonstrates a high level of proactivity, initiative and organizational discipline.
-Adopts an entrepreneurial, flexible and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
-Familiar with reporting software tools
-Occasional business travel is necessary.
