Round Pond Estate is a family-owned Napa Valley estate producing handcrafted wines, artisan olive oils, and red wine vinegars from our land in Rutherford. We’re a small, close-knit team — and that means the work you do here is genuinely seen, genuinely valued, and genuinely impactful.

We’re looking for a Creative & Ecommerce Specialist who is equal parts visual storyteller and digital strategist. This is a rare opportunity to help lead creative and ecommerce execution across two distinct luxury brands — Round Pond Estate and Kith & Kin Cellars — from styled photoshoots and social campaigns to email builds, landing pages, and everything in between.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and have direct visibility to our Director of DTC Sales and Marketing. This is the right role for someone who wants to become genuinely exceptional at their craft. You’ll develop deep expertise across the full marketing funnel — content, email, ecommerce, social, and design — within a luxury lifestyle category that rewards creativity and taste. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Visual Storytelling & Content
– Produce photography, video, and styled photoshoots for campaigns, social media, and the website
– Build and maintain a rich library of photography and design assets across both brands
– Create compelling, on-brand collateral for DTC and wholesale channels — menus, sell sheets, wine club materials, accolade sheets, and more
– Write blog posts that connect to and extend social media and campaign narratives
– Use AI tools to optimize and enhance photos and creative assets

Email & Campaign Execution
– Develop the monthly email calendar — audience segmentation, content planning, and send scheduling
– Build email campaigns end-to-end: concept, copy, visuals, deployment, and performance analysis
– Assist in developing and managing SMS campaigns including offer creation and audience identification
– Complete weekly ecommerce reporting and monthly email flow reporting with insights and optimization recommendations

Social Media
– Plan and manage monthly social media calendars for both Round Pond Estate and Kith & Kin Cellars
– Create and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
– Keep a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms

Ecommerce & Website
– Build and launch landing pages tied to ecommerce campaigns and seasonal promotions
– Create gift sets, cart carrots, and promotional banners to drive online conversion
– Develop and update web pages for gifting, events, experiences, and other needs as they arise
– Complete monthly social media reporting with actionable insights

Customer Journey & Retention
– Identify and execute win-back campaigns for lapsed customers and inactive wine club members
– Maintain and optimize automated email flows that guide customers from first visit to purchase to long-term loyalty
– Use customer data and purchase behavior to inform segmentation and personalize outreach across email and SMS

Wholesale & Trade Support
– Create and maintain sales tools for the wholesale channel — accolade sheets, tech sheets, shelf talkers, and sell sheets
– Develop trade-facing content that communicates brand story and product positioning clearly and compellingly
– Keep wholesale materials current with new vintages, scores, and seasonal updates

Collaboration
– Partner cross-functionally with hospitality, DTC, and wholesale teams to bring campaigns to life
– Bring creative ideas to the table — this is a role where initiative is welcomed and rewarded

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs all related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications for Success
•  College degree preferred.
•  2–4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related creative field
•  Strong visual storytelling skills — you know how to make a brand look and feel like itself
•  Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
•  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools
•  Comfort with ecommerce platforms and basic web content management
•  A self-starter mindset — you manage your own time, hit your deadlines, and raise your hand when you need support
•  Excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for brand consistency
•  Someone who enjoys a challenge, is curious, thirsty for knowledge, and a fast learner.
•  Strong written skills, creativity and ability to think outside the box.
•  Ability to stay calm under pressure.
•  Must be a team player, have a positive attitude and outlook, with willingness to pitch in when necessary.
•  Possesses professional appearance and welcoming demeanor.
•  Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages a bonus
•  Required to be at least 21 years of age.

Shown pay range represents what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, however the actual compensation offered will depend on multiple job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. The company reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
