An established Willamette Valley Wine company is seeking a Sales and Marketing focused self-starter to professionalize and grow the company’s revenue and improve its business performance. This is a hands on opportunity.
Boasting a solid long-term presence in the Oregon Wine Industry, the company is seeking the right individual to lead it into the future.
Primary challenges will be:
- Jump-starting the company’s DTC program
- Maintaining and growing the company’s significant 3 tier distribution
- Developing current team members
- Working with the company’s established Winemaker, Growers, Facilities, Vineyard Management and other partners to optimize quality and cost of its portfolio.
- Assuring profitability of the overall enterprise.
The company is a subsidiary of a substantial consumer product company with a variety of businesses outside the beverage alcohol space so the successful candidate must be someone ready to truly drive revenue and lead this business. Creativity and organization are essential.
Prior Wine Industry Sales Management experience, DTC and 3 Tier, is a must.
Compensation will be competitive.
