About Us
Abbey Road Farm is a premier winery, tasting room, B&B and events venue set on an 82-acre working farm and vineyard in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Our winery showcases estate-grown fruit from 35 acres of vines, featuring 16 different varieties, alongside thoughtfully sourced grapes from Southern Oregon and Washington. This diversity allows us to craft an exciting range of wines that reflect the unique terroirs of the Pacific Northwest.

Our tasting room is open daily from 11 AM to 5 PM, offering visitors the opportunity to explore our wines in a welcoming, scenic setting. Throughout the year, we host a variety of events, from intimate wine experiences to large-scale celebrations. As one of Oregon’s top wedding venues, Abbey Road Farm provides a stunning backdrop for unforgettable occasions.

Beyond the winery, the property is home to the renowned Silo Suites B&B, a luxurious bed and breakfast created from repurposed grain silos, and the Abbey Road Farm Event Center, a beautifully designed space set against manicured gardens and panoramic valley views. Our on-site culinary garden supplies fresh, organic produce for our B&B’s multi-course breakfasts and our sister restaurant, 82 Acres, in Portland. We are committed to organic farming practices, sustainability, and sharing the connection between land, hospitality, and celebration.

Abbey Road Farm is seeking a enthusiastic, hospitality-minded individual to act in a variety of capacities around the property. Beginning with breakfast service to our B&B guests (with assistance from the chefs) starting at 8am and transitioning into the Tasting Room as service support in the afternoons, this role will also fill in as Innkeeper on days/times our full-time Innkeeper is unavailable- as well as fill in on other events both on and off-property where needed. This is a part-time seasonal position- approximately 3-4 days per week with opportunity to grow within the company.

Qualifications
•  Love and enthusiasm for all things hospitality
•  Positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
•  Flexible, team work oriented and ability to multi task
•  Tasting Room, retail sales, hotel or restaurant experience preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities
•  Provide top-tier breakfast service to our B&B guests (tipped position)
•  Fields phone calls occasionally and answers incoming questions related to the B&B
•  Communicates to all reservation changes and special requests to the Innkeeper
•  Ensures that every visitor enjoys their experience and leaves with a very high impression of our food, wines, property and company.
•  Handles routine purchasing transactions, including operating point of sale, reservation system, accounting of daily sales, and processing returns and discounts.
•  Takes the initiative for self-development in the areas of our wines, our brands, general hospitality, and for acquiring effective sales techniques.
•  Participates in company-sponsored educational and development opportunities.
•  Participates and assists with special hospitality events that occur at the winery.
•  Provides service support to the Tasting Room during especially busy days and food service days/times (tip pool share)
•  Washes and polishes glassware and dishes for Tasting Room.
•  Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
•  Professional appearance and demeanor
•  Must have OLCC and Food Handlers permits (or obtain within required timeframe)
•  Must be at least 21-years-old
•  Must be able to work weekends
•  Have Reliable Transportation
•  Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods as required by job duties
•  Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
•  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
•  Professional, personable, welcoming, with excellent hospitality and customer service focus
