Gary Farrell Winery is seeking a full-time Estate Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in shaping a welcoming, thoughtful, and seamless experience from the first inquiry to the moment guests arrive on property. The schedule for this position is Thursday - Monday.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and genuinely enjoys creating meaningful connections with others. You bring a natural sense of hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional presence—both in person and across all communication channels
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Provide thoughtful recommendations and assist with special requests to enhance each visit
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and care
Operations & Administration
- Maintain accuracy within the reservation system (TOCK), including guest notes and preferences
- Coordinate scheduling for tastings, tours, and events
- Ensure the lobby and concierge area remain organized and guest-ready at all times
Knowledge & Collaboration
- Stay informed on local dining, lodging, and experiences to provide tailored recommendations
- Work closely with the hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Support ongoing improvements to reservation processes and guest communication
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, composed, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Experience with TOCK, Commerce7, and RedChirp, is a plus
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must be available to work Thursday - Monday.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to assist with light setup and breakdown of hospitality spaces
