Founded in 2017, Kate Arnold Wines is built on a simple idea: exceptional wines start with exceptional vineyards. We partner with top growers across California, Oregon, and Washington to produce wines that overdeliver in both quality and value. As a family-owned company, we take a hands-on, relationship-driven approach to the business — working closely with our distributor partners and focusing on independently owned restaurants and retailers who share our passion for craftsmanship. What began as a small production has quickly grown into a nationally distributed brand, now available in more than 25 states. With continued expansion and new wine and spirits projects on the horizon, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth — and looking for driven team members to help build what’s next.
Position Summary
Kate Arnold Wines is looking for an energetic, driven sales professional to grow our presence across an eight-state territory (AL, MS, GA, FL, SC, NC, KY, TN). This is a field-based role for someone earlier in their career who is hungry to learn, willing to put in the miles, and excited about representing wines they can genuinely get behind. You’ll work closely with our founder — a seasoned industry veteran with deep roots in the trade — who is invested in your growth and will share hard-won knowledge across every facet of the business.
Kate Arnold Wines is a small, focused operation — which means you’ll get real responsibility from day one. You’ll be mentored directly by our founder on distributor management, account development, portfolio positioning, and the broader mechanics of running a wine business. If you’re curious, coachable, and ready to grow, this is the kind of opportunity that rarely comes around at a larger company.
