The state-of-the-art production facility provides the tools and resources necessary for the most intricate, creative, and experimental winemaking objectives.
The Seasonal Winemaking Intern plays a key supportive role on the cellar team during the harvest season, learning all cellar operations. This full time, hands on role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, including overtime and weekend work during peak harvest periods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of demanding work, and eager to learn throughout a fast-paced harvest.

Key Responsibilities
• General sanitation of winery and harvest equipment
• Grape receiving, sorting, crushing, and pressing
• Fermentation monitoring, including Brix and temperature checks
• Juice and wine analysis, data tracking, and additions
• Pumpovers, punchdowns, draining, and pressing tanks
• Juice and wine transfers, racking, and barrel work
• Barrel filling, topping, sanitation, and maintenance
• Forklift operation
• Accurate completion of work orders under supervision
Minimum Requirements
• Available to work full time from August through November
• Prior harvest or cellar experience preferred
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation

• Exposure to winery chemicals, gas fumes, hot water, and steam
• Indoor and outdoor work in variable temperatures
• Moderate to loud noise levels typical of winery operations
