We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of IT & Digital Strategy to lead our enterprise technology function and shape the digital future of the organization.
The Opportunity
This is a highly visible leadership role, serving as the company’s senior technology executive and a key partner to the executive team. You will drive digital transformation across winemaking, direct-to-consumer (DTC) commerce, wholesale distribution, and customer experience—while ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of core systems.
You will be successful in this role while performing these essential responsibilities:
• Define and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with business growth and PE priorities
• Lead digital transformation across ecommerce, customer data, and marketing technologies
• Build a modern data and analytics capability to support decision-making and performance tracking
• Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and vendor partnerships
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies, including automation and AI
• Lead cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity planning
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Partner cross-functionally to align technology solutions with business outcomes

You will be qualified for this role if you meet these requirements:
• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 4+ years in a senior executive role (VP, CTO, or equivalent)
• Proven track record leading digital transformation and delivering measurable business impact
• Experience in consumer goods, hospitality, luxury, or wine industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, data/analytics platforms, and digital commerce ecosystems
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and emerging technologies in a business context
• Expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and evaluating investments through a ROI lens
• Experience in private equity-backed environments strongly preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. stand, ascend and descend stairs
