HANNA is a family-owned winery with tasting rooms in Alexander Valley and the Russian River Valley. We’re seeking a part-time seasonal Hospitality Associate who is energetic, and sales focused, with strong customer service skills and a passion for wine.

We strive to educate consumers on HANNA’s unique vineyard practices, hands-on winemaking style, and diverse wine selections, including the scarce Saint Macaire. HANNA offers wines from our well known and widely distributed Sauvignon Blanc, to small-lot and limited production estate and single vineyard wines only sold on-site. A wine list of approximately 20+ wines with some wine club exclusives offers exquisite selections for guests and members.

Our ideal team member will be engaging and captivating, able to provide elevated guest experiences, uphold an environment of care and compassion, and provide exceptional hospitality through understanding the needs of our guests. Both tasting rooms accept reservations and walk-ins. This position requires quick adaptability in servicing multiple groups at a time. The same level of hospitality is expected across customer relations via telephone and/or email. Working in a team environment, while able to think independently and perform in a busy environment is essential.

The team member will be asked to perform administrative duties that require fluency with various software programs, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Outlook Mailbox and POS systems. Experience with inventory tracking and shipping responsibilities is highly favorable.
HANNA is open seven days a week. Weekends, events, and some holiday work will be required. This position would work out of both tasting room facilities. Finally, as you would expect, you must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 40 lbs.

This Hospitality Associate reports to the Direct-to-Consumer Manager.

Hours per week: 14-25 hours per week
Starting wage: Earning potential including commissions and gratuities of $22-28/hr with a base of $19-$22/hr depending on experience.
