Job Description Summary
Family-owned, growth-oriented wine and liquor wholesale distributor seeking a Spirits Portfolio Manager to expand supplier portfolios by driving execution with the sales force and building strong market presence across Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities
•  Work with sales leaders to confirm supplier sales goals and communicate priorities
•  Develop and execute brand plan calendars and incentive programs
•  Maintain forecasts and support inventory planning
•  Manage pre-sells and allocated items as needed
•  Lead supplier review meetings with written recaps and follow-up
•  Manage POS orders, new item setup, and portfolio launches
•  Survey the market with sales management and supplier partners to identify opportunities
Qualifications
•  College degree preferred
•  3+ years of related sales experience
•  Beverage alcohol wholesaler or supplier experience preferred
•  Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
•  Ability to travel throughout Massachusetts
