Björnson Vineyard is hiring a Tasting Room Associate who enjoys selling, connecting with people, and delivering a high-level guest experience.

This is a part-time role with a clear path to full-time for someone who wants to grow in direct-to-consumer wine sales and hospitality.

What You’ll Do

Sell Wine and Build Relationships
Guide guests through tastings that lead to confident purchases and wine club sign-ups. This is a sales-focused role built on genuine connection.

Deliver a Strong Guest Experience
Create a welcoming, professional environment where guests feel taken care of from start to finish.

Represent the Brand
Share the story of Björnson Vineyard and communicate what makes our wines and farming practices stand out.

Support Daily Operations
Assist with opening and closing, light food service, and maintaining a clean, organized tasting room.

Growth Opportunity - This role can grow into full-time with expanded responsibilities in:

Event execution and guest experience development
Leading tastings and building wine education skills
Wine club support and member communication

What We’re Looking For
Strong communicator who is comfortable asking for the sale
Hospitality-minded with a focus on guest satisfaction
Interest in wine and willingness to learn quickly
Reliable, organized, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced setting
Available weekends with a flexible schedule

Must be 21+ with or willing to obtain OLCC Servers Permit and Food Handlers Permit.
