Job Description:

A small, family-owned winery in Sonoma County is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Event and Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. We’re looking for a dedicated professional who values quality, integrity, and authentic connection—and who brings both professionalism and genuine enthusiasm to their work. This position is full-time onsite, Thursday through Monday.

Responsibilities:

•  Deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the winery’s commitment to craftsmanship and hospitality.
•  Drive direct-to-consumer sales through expert wine recommendations, elevated service, and wine club promotion.
•  Create meaningful connections with guests by sharing the winery’s story, winemaking philosophy, and vineyard origins.
•  Manage tasting room operations, including point-of-sale transactions, inventory, and order fulfillment.
•  Support and execute events—both public and private—ensuring memorable, polished experiences from start to finish.
•  Maintain a professional, welcoming environment that reflects a luxury wine brand standard.
•  Build relationships within the wine industry and local community to support brand visibility and growth.

Qualifications:
•  Minimum 21 years of age with a passion for fine wine and hospitality.
•  3–5 years of experience in tasting room, event coordination, or luxury wine sales preferred.
•  Understanding of luxury guest experiences and ability to deliver exceptional personalized service.
•  Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable working independently within a small team.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional presence.
•  Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
•  Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
