We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Tasting Room Lead to help bring our brand to life and keep our tasting space running smoothly. This role blends hospitality, operations, and a little behind-the-scenes winery magic—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Job Description -
Lead curated tasting experiences with warmth, confidence, and authenticity
Share our wines and story as a passionate brand ambassador
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting tasting space
Set up the tasting space Thursday–Sunday with glassware and ready-to-pour wines
Monitor inventory for tastings and retail sales
Communicate restocking needs and help keep everything running smoothly
Support winery events like Harvest Party, Fall Pickup Party, Music Nights, and new releases
Assist with off-site events—pouring wine, connecting with guests, and spreading the word about Sealionne Wines
Help pack wine club shipments and prepare pickup orders with care
During harvest season - jump in to help with fruit processing, sorting, and bottling—get a true hands-on winery experience
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
Available weekends and some evenings
Passion for wine (experience is a plus, but not required)

This position requires a current OLCC pouring license, Food Handlers card and ability to lift 50+ .lbs on a regular basis.
This job will include working in the tasting room, as well as helping out in the cellar and harvest when needed.
