Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations and support the build-out of scalable financial processes. This role oversees full-cycle accounting, reporting, and internal controls while partnering cross-functionally across the business.
Key Responsibilities
•  Manage full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, general ledger)
•  Oversee billing, vendor payments, and cash flow
•  Lead monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
•  Support budgeting and forecasting activities
•  Partner with external accountants on tax and compliance
•  Establish and maintain internal controls and procedures
•  Collaborate with Operations and Sales on revenue tracking
•  Assist with ERP system utilization (Business Central preferred)
Qualifications
•  5–8+ years of accounting experience
•  Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
•  Experience in a small or growing company preferred
•  Highly organized with strong attention to detail
•  ERP experience (Business Central a plus)
•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•  CPA (or progress toward) is a plus
