The Overshine Collective is a group of six distinct wineries built on collaboration. Brand founders for Overshine, Idlewild, Martha Stoumen, Reeve, and Bloodroot work alongside each other and share responsibility for building the company while leading the brands they created. What you’ll do:
Harvest Interns will assist the production team with all day-to-day harvest and cellar operations at one of our two production facilities in Healdsburg, CA. Potentially with some crossover between the two. Tasks include processing grapes, punch downs and pump overs, drain and digs, barrel work, and general cleaning and sanitizing. Working across multiple brands will provide experience with distinct winemaking styles and unique varietals. Within our small team, you will gain exposure to nearly every facet of winery operations. This is a temporary position starting in August and running through November, with some flexibility on start and end dates.

What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to show up: harvest means early mornings, long days, and physical labor during peak season
- Previous cellar experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods, including in heat and wet conditions
- Full availability through the duration of harvest
- Availability for overtime and weekends
