Kenzo Estate is a beautiful 3,800-acre property located on and surrounding Mt. George east of Napa, with 185 acres planted with red and white Bordeaux varietals. In a setting of natural beauty, this property has a unique, cool climate and is farmed with precision and care to make wines at the highest level of elegance and complexity. The natural diversity of soils and exposures combine to give the wines exceptional depth and a singular identity at Kenzo Estate.
Kenzo Estate is seeking four enthusiastic interns to join the winery team for the 2026 harvest. No experience needed, just your positive attitude and eagerness to learn. You will work closely with our winemaking team on every aspect of harvest, from prepping the cellar and equipment, sorting fruit, to fermentation management and moving the wines to barrel. There will be a lot of cleaning and sanitation, physical labor, and long days – all of which will demand attention to detail, a very strong work ethic, mental flexibility, and a striving for excellence with every step. Our team will support and guide throughout, and will have safety measures in place to protect all team members. We are a small team, and you will work closely with all of us and experience all aspects of harvest work. This is a great chance to learn and grow in the wine industry, with plenty of opportunities to taste and gain hands-on experience, but the wine work will always be the priority.
